PRAXEDU – Educational Practices in Basic Education is pleased to announce its official launch as an open-access scientific journal dedicated to the dissemination of research and innovative pedagogical practices in Basic Education.

With a biannual frequency and continuous publication model, PRAXEDU is born with the mission of promoting dialogue between theory and practice, especially valuing interdisciplinary approaches that address the contemporary challenges of Brazilian education.

The journal invites researchers, basic education teachers, graduate students, and other education professionals to submit original and unpublished works that contribute to strengthening educational research and building transformative pedagogical practices.

We accept scientific articles, theoretical essays, experience reports, systematic reviews, and case studies that address topics such as:

  • Teacher education and reflective practices
  • Environmental education and sustainability
  • Educational technologies and digital culture
  • Inclusion and diversity in schools
  • Public policies and educational management
  • Interdisciplinarity in the teaching of Sciences, Mathematics, Languages, and Humanities

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s OJS platform, following the Author Guidelines and Editorial Policy. PRAXEDU does not charge submission, review, or publication fees.
